Tibetan food has very strong and distinct flavours that have not changed for hundreds of years. While we are strongly committed to continue to offer authentic dishes, we also explore the idea of modern Tibetan cuisine embracing new world flavours. This dish is the result of that exploration.
A burst of flavour from the first mouthful, Nyamo-Gyurmo is a bold combination of lemon, honey, tomatoes and herbs. You can enjoy this zesty sauce with beef, chicken, calamari or tofu.
